Once we get your confirmation, we will send you the exchange instructions. 5. Once the package got returned to our warehouse in the US, we will check the condition of the product and restock the item. 6. Once all the above steps are complete, we will ship out the replacement package. 7. We cover all the shipping & restocking fees incurred during the exchange. 8: We have production in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany and Pakistan . Therefore customers in those 4 locations are eligible for a return. We do not provide return service to international customers outside of these 4 locations.
