RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return or exchange almost everything within 30 days of delivery for a full Refund or Exchange.

𝐑𝐄𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐍 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘

1: If you return because you receive a damaged product, we will issue a full refund including the shipping cost.
2: If you return based on other reason than damaged goods, we will refund you the product price
3: You will receive your refund in your purchasing card/PayPal within 5-10 days.
4: We do not accept returns against refunds for custom orders. Please understand that your custom order is specially made for you. All details including style, material, and accessories are as per your choice and we are not likely to sell them to anyone else.

𝐄𝐗𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘

1. You have 15 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
2. Please Send an Email to order@dewuchi.com titled Exchange + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason for your exchange.
3. Our customer service team will reply to you in 12-24 hours. We will verify with you the exchange item you want.
4. Once we get your confirmation, we will send you the exchange instructions.
5. Once the package got returned to our warehouse in the US, we will check the condition of the product and restock the item.
6. Once all the above steps are complete, we will ship out the replacement package.
7. We cover all the shipping & restocking fees incurred during the exchange.
8: We have production in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany and Pakistan . Therefore customers in those 4 locations are eligible for a return. We do not provide return service to international customers outside of these 4 locations.
